DHC's face of the salon. The balance for our guest experience that contributes to making sure all guests are well taken care of, booking, checking out, and rebooking our guests in the salon.
Our staff that is just starting out in the salon, on their way to navigating a career behind the chair. Most of these stylists are not accepting new guests other than by special request only.
Our staff in the early learning and growing phase of their career. They will work under a higher leveled stylist to obtain higher level skills and grow their clientele. Our stylists in this program are able to book new guests but have limited availability during this program to accommodate preparing to take on guests full time.
Our staff has completed our co-styling program or came into the salon having a minimum of 1.5 years experience behind the chair while being able to maintain the skill level to openly take on guests. Stylists at this level are still growing in their skill level and experiencing new services and guest goals for their hair.
Our beginning mid level stylist. Stylists at this level have shown extensive knowledge of many processes behind the chair and are able to efficiently execute services, they tend to be building their efficiency behind the chair but have experience many educational opportunities to achieve amazing results. These stylists have typically been behind the chair for at least 2-3 years.
Our mid level stylist that has put in extensive training to serve guests and give exceptional outcomes to our service menu. They are extremely knowledgable and have a clear vision on how to achieve high end results for our guests.
Our elite level stylist that is possibly specialized in fewer services but on the level of expert at the services they offer. These stylists often work with a co-stylist in preparing them to advance in the salon and their career. Their knowledge is well beyond surface and a great fit for someone that needs a stylist that has many years of experience behind the chair.
Our top level stylist that has the skill, efficiency, and knowledge to maintain services for guests needing/wanting an extremely advanced stylist. Stylists at this level likely have few options for their service menu due to the focus to become an expert in a smaller variety of services. They may also have a co-stylists with them in effort to properly train our team for their future levels at the salon.
