Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

ABSOLUTELY! Product build-up & natural oils can interfere with coloring and lightening services. Washing 12-24 hours before your service will help us provide consistent results.

What are the salon hours?

Our main salon hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Additional availability for late appointments and Saturdays is by request and appointment only.

What services do you offer?

We are an extension and color specialty salon. We do have a range of stylist offering various services outside of extensions and color as well.

What is the pricing of services?

All pricing is based on each individual stylist's current level. If you visit our stylists page, you can learn more about our stylists, levels, and starting pricing for each level.

Please note that all pricing stand-alone cutting services are time-based, and anyone booking these services online or through our guest's services will need to select a haircut for anyone needing this stand-alone service.

Salon Policies

Guest/Children Policy

Out of respect for everyone inside the salon, we do ask that you please keep kids at home during your scheduled appointment as it is a safety hazard to the staff and clientele of children who are unable to be supervised while you are tied to a chair.

Cancellation Policy

48 hour notice for cancellations/rebookings are required before a booked appointment in order to avoid any additional fees, forfeiture of retainer fee, or credit of a retainer fee.

36 hour notice for cancellations/rebookings will result in 50% payment of original appointment(s) booked.

24 hours notice for cancellations/rebookings will result in 75% payment of original appointment(s) booked.

Sick Policy

Please note that the cancellation policy applies to sick cancellations as well. We will do our best to try and fill your appointment spot per our waitlist. If someone is able to fill a last minute cancellation, then any cancellation fees will be voided.

No Call, No Show Policy

Any retainer fees that have been paid will be void and unable to be used as a credit for rebooking. No future appointments will be available to be rebooked, until the missed appointment is paid in full.
**Please Note: Per Distilled Hair Co. policies, any payments made will not credit toward new appointment(s) being made. Payments will cover the appointment being canceled/rescheduled.**

Redo Policy

We understand that situations happen and we will offer to redo a hair service, but we must be informed within 5 calendar days of the original appointment booked. A redo appointment will need to happen within 15 days of the originally booked appointment(s) to avoid any additional charge. The original stylist that performed the service will be the one to redo the appointment.

Please note that redos are subject to be approved by the salon owner based on information provided to your stylist through our New Guest Form, documented photos, and in person consultation. We do not offer refunds on services.

New Extension Installs

New extension installs require a $300 non refundable retainer fee to be paid prior to booking an appointment. This retainer fee will be credited to the total pricing on the day of your install. The retainer fee may be transferred up to 60 days from payment date only if cancellation occurs within our cancellation period time frame/s.

Refund Policy

Products may be refunded up to 14 days after original purchase date by approval of the salon owner. If ordered online through Distilled Hair Co.’s booking portal, products may be refunded 14 days after the product was received by the purchasing guest by approval of the salon owner. We may also offer a salon credit toward another retail item in lieu of a refund.

An example that may warrant a refund would be something like the following:
The incorrect product was purchased due to an error on the stylist’s consultation. Each payment refund will be considered based upon each individual situation. We do not offer refunds/exchanges on unused memberships/packages nor on ANY hair purchases.
